Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Inner Circle is a product of Intelligent Group (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Manuel Ruiz, Founder & CEO, reachable at mruiz@intelligentit.io. Our primary domain is intelligentit.io.
2. What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate Inner Circle:
- Application and waitlist data — name, work email, company, role, LinkedIn URL, revenue range, and your written application answer.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment processing.
- Account data — email, name, and profile information you provide when creating a member account via Clerk.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and basic analytics (no cross-site tracking).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To evaluate your application and send you a decision.
- To communicate with you about your membership, billing, and product updates.
- To operate and improve the Inner Circle platform and curriculum.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Inner Circle: Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and their own privacy policies.
5. Member Roster Privacy
The Inner Circle member roster is private by default. Your profile, activity, and participation are visible only to you and Inner Circle staff unless you explicitly opt in to the public leaderboard or directory features.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your membership is active plus 3 years. You may request deletion at any time. Waitlist data is retained for 18 months or until you join or ask to be removed.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing mruiz@intelligentit.io. We will respond within 30 days. Members may export their full data in CSV and JSON format from the member dashboard.
8. Cookies
We use only functional cookies required for authentication (Clerk session cookies) and basic analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
9. Security
Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security on all tables, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated members and authorized Intelligent Group staff.
